RISE Graduate Scheme

The RISE scheme introduces graduates who want to work hard and do great things to the region’s businesses, who appreciate an injection of energy and new ideas. Our first RISE cohort started in August 2013, generating huge interest from businesses and graduates alike. Further intakes then took us to around 300 jobs across over 250 SMEs by the end of 2016.

RISE internships broadly last a minimum of six months, although the exact length, start and end dates will be set by each individual business. The salary for each post will vary according to the role and business, but the average salary offered is c£16,000pa.

If you are one of the successful applicants to the scheme you can expect:
