Graduate Schemes

Graduate schemes are typically used by growing, larger or professional organisations who need to recruit and train graduates year on year. These schemes normally last 18-36 months, often involve rotation around the business and some formal training or qualifications. These schemes are often a longer term investment by ‘growing your own’ future leaders. They are normally aimed at the highest performing graduates and, as such, the competition for candidates can be tough, with higher salaries ranging from £18,000-£25,000pa or c£22,000pa on average for Sheffield.
