KTP (knowledge transfer partnerships) projects are longer term and partly funded by the government. Together with the University you recruit a recent graduate to run a project in your organisation for up to three years, fully supported by a specialist University academic. There will normally be an ongoing cost which will vary according to expertise, funding and the length of the project. Consultancy is more flexible in size, scale and cost and often specific to your exact needs.
